Removing the top cover on the back

This is a little tricky and needs to be done carefully. Look for something like a small swiss army knife :) . It worked perfectly for me. You will have to lift the cover gently where the three markings on the backcover are. After that the cover should snap out and it should be possible to remove it without applying any force.
